Here are some pictures from last night’s Valentine’s Day Banquet. Good times were had by all and the Youth triumphed over the adults it what are a landslide victory!!!

Last night we had our Awana Christmas Party and had a wonderful time!  There were smiling children, a puppet show that weaved in the story of the birth of Christ, devotion by Pastor Paul and cookies and milk!  A good time had by all.

On Sunday, December 5th, RRBC extended the call of youth pastor to Bruce Grimmet and he accepted!  Please welcome Bruce and Liza and their children, Faith,4 years old, Zeke 3, Carter 18 months, Joy TBA to our church family and pray for them as they begin their ministry at RRBC!

The RRBC won their volleyball game tonight as tournament play started.  Nancy Stephan, our roving reporter, captured a few shots of the action at the Brown Gym:

Monty and Wayne Stephan were shelling corn this past Thursday.  Monty shells the corn and Wayne hauls it to the grain bin.  Bro. Paul paid a visit to the field where they were working and rode in the cab with Monty for awhile and got an explanation of the whole process.   Check it out:

The City of Madison posted some pictures from the RRBC Fall Festival on Saturday, October 31.  Mayor Armstrong and Police Chief Wallace were two of the judges in the chili contest so the pictures were featured on the city website.  To find the pictures go to this link/website:   http://madison-in.gov/ and then click on the right on “This week in pictures.”

Plans for the Fall Festival are well underway and so is the sign informing and inviting the public! Stacy made the sign come alive.  Mark your calendar and plan on being in attendance! There will be a chili cook off and plenty of games and fun for the family. The children had fun with all of the activities last night including the visit by Cubbie Bear and Luv E Lamb!

On Wednesday, September 30th, some our men worked most of the day and there was a lot of progress.  Steps were made to connect the two decks!  Check it out!

The body of Christ at RRBC gathered this morning to celebrate all that God is doing at RRBC and, in particular, to celebrate the burning of the mortgage note for the new sanctuary.  The pastor preached from  1 Chronicles 28 & 29, we went outside to “burn the note,” and then we shared a meal together. It was a good day and we are praising God for all He has done and looking forward to His plans for RRBC in the days and years ahead!
