Pastor:  Paul Brewster

Pastor Paul Brewster has been our shepherd since July 2009. He has been in the pastoral ministry for twenty years, serving congregations in Arkansas and North Carolina before moving to Madison. Dr. Brewster is committed to expository preaching from the Bible as the platform for pastoral ministry. He was educated at the University of Arkansas (B.A., 1986), New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div., 1989), and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Ph.D., 2007). He is the author of several articles on Baptist history and theology and of one forthcoming book: Andrew Fuller as a Pastor-Theologian (Broadman & Holman, 2010). He also contributes occasional editorial articles to Baptist Press. Pastor Brewster is married to the former Deborah Sue Sinkes of nearby Jennings County. Together, they stay busy raising their four teenage children. Pastor Brewster enjoys fishing, hunting, and relaxing on his in-law’s farm near North Vernon. He also enjoys keeping up with the success of his alma mater’s sports teams, the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Youth Pastor:  Bruce Grimmet

On Sunday, December 5th, RRBC extended the call of youth pastor to Bruce Grimmet and he accepted!  Please welcome Bruce and Liza and their children, Faith,4 years old, Zeke 3, Cater 18 months, Joy TBA to our church family and pray for them as they begin their ministry at RRBC!
